Lauren Poole is a Level 4 Qualified Soft Tissue Specialist based in Wootton, Bedfordshire. Her work combines hands-on treatment, movement understanding and first-hand experience of sport, training and recovery.

Lauren works with sports and non-sports clients, from athletes managing training load to people dealing with muscular tension, postural discomfort and everyday aches.
Her approach is practical and personal: understand what the client wants help with, provide focused treatment and give simple aftercare advice to help them between appointments.
